Senior Store Manager
This position reports to the State Sales Manager, and two department Managers, seed and seed femme department managers, report directly to this role. The position is responsible for all aspects of running the store, including:
- Maintaining customer care standards
- Achieving sales, wages and shrinkage budgets across both departments
- Human Resource development issues and staff supervision
- Attendance and organisation of merchandising workshops
- Management of the store stocktake process
- Preparation of monthly rosters costed to achieve the store budgets
- Stock management - including unpacking, processing and movement of stock, ensuring refills are actioned promptly and accurately
- Supporting the State Manager to ensure store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets
