specific requirements	Store Manager This position reports to the State Sales Manager. The position is responsible for all aspects of running the store, including:, Maintaining customer care standards Achieving sales, wages and shrinkage budgets Human Resource development issues and staff supervision Attendance and organisation of merchandising workshops Management of the store stocktake process Preparation of monthly rosters costed to achieve the store budgets Stock management - including unpacking, processing and movement of stock, ensuring refills are actioned promptly and accurately Supporting the State Manager to ensure store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets Assistant Store Manager As a member of the store team, this position reports to the Store Manager.The position responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager inall aspects of running the store, including: Maintaining customer care standards Achieving sales, wages and shrinkage budgets Staff Supervision Assisting in merchandising workshops Assisting in the stocktake process Assisting in the preparation of monthly rosters costed to achieve the store budgets Assisting in the stock management processes - ie unpacking, processing and movement of stock Supporting the Store Manager to ensure store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets Retail Sales Assistant As a member of the in store team, this position reports to the Store Manager. The position responsibilities include: Assisting each customer in making purchases that satisfy their needs Working with the team to achieve sales and other store objectives Assisting with non-selling duties, such as housekeeping, stock refills, unpacking and sorting of stock etc A full-timer may also be developed to move into the store management stream, and may undertake further duties which include responsibility for specific areas of the store If you have energy, commitment, a passion for childrenswear, and a desire to succeed in the retail industry then we would love to hear from you.
