Store Manager (full time)

As a leader of the team at our Chadstone Store, this position's responsibilities include all aspects of running the store, including maintaining customer care standards, achieving sales, wages and shrinkage budgets and staff supervision. Other responsibilities may include:

• merchandising workshops
• stocktake process
• preparation of monthly rosters costed to achieve the store budgets
• stock management processes - ie unpacking, processing and movement of stock

To apply for this role you must have previous retail experience in a similar environment and a keen interest in children's fashion as well as a desire to succeed with Seed! Presentation is also paramount. This is a full-time role 38-42 hours per week. Shifts include limited evening work required and every second Saturday.
