Seed strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Email us your questions or call toll free on 1800 11 88 89 Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (EST).

A receipt is required as proof of purchase on return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher or a refund, (online or at any Australian store) if you have changed your mind but only on items that are unworn.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on underwear, swimwear, or bathroom products, unless the items are; faulty, unfit for the products intended purpose, or different to those shown or described to you.

Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
return to any seed store
You can return merchandise to any Seed store within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Just bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered. Find your nearest store. |
