Assistant Store Manager (full time)
As a member of the store team, this position reports to the Store Manager. The position responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including maintaining customer care standards, achieving sales, wages and shrinkage budgets and staff supervision. Other responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in merchandising workshops
- Assisting in the stocktake process
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly rosters costed to achieve the store budgets
- Assisting in the stock management processes - ie unpacking, processing and movement of stock
- Supporting the Store Manager to ensure store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets
